5 Other Details


Services

• Fire Extinguisher shall be provide by Yazoo Park
Fire Protection management to each outlet

• A Nahani trap is made available in the Kitchen of Big
Sewer Food Court.

• Security of entire park shall be Parks responsibility.
Security • Outlet owners to take care of their own area.
• The vendor is to invest in POS system.

Access for Outlet Staff • A separate access shall be provided to food outlet
and Material incoming material.

Lighting • Yazoo Park shall provide lighting of the area.


Utilities

• Park shall provide separate meter to each outlet of Big,
Electrical Connection Mini and Floating food court .
• Outlets shall be billed on the basis of their individual usage.

• Exhaust Fan shall be provided by the Park.
HVAC • Park may also consider to provide AC in Big Food Court.

• RO Water will be supplied to the food court.
Water Connection • Water expenses will be as per use.
• A 15mm tap is fixed inside each outlet.

• Area for Gas bank shall be provided by Yazoo park.
Gas • LPG cylinders to be arranged by outlet owners


Branding

Signage to be of same quality design and construction as rest of the Outlets.

All signs shall be illuminated during store hours.

Provide a local disconnect at each storefront sign.

No additional signs or advertising may be displayed.

Hand-lettered non-professional signs will not be permitted


Housekeeping

Yazoo park will provide area for disposal of garbage including provision of
garbage bins.

Outlet owners are requested to deposit the garbage in segregated manner in
this designated areas.

Outlet owners shall be responsible for housekeeping of their respective
premises.

Once a week Deep cleaning in seating area, shall be done by Park’s
housekeeping staff, preferably on Thursday or Friday.


Menu & Seating Arrangement

Menu Boards

• Menu boards shall be specifically designed to align with Yazoo Park’s Theme.
• All menu boards are to be professionally designed and fabricated.
• Menu boards are to be integrated into the back wall of the sales area.
• Final location to be approved by Yazoo park Management.

Seating Arrangement

• Sitting Area shall be designed by the Park.
• For sitting area, Chairs and Tables shall be procured by the Park.
• Outlet owners shall be responsible for upkeep of the same within their premises.
