2. Alba Project is a Small Medium Enterprise specialized in ICT sector.
SME: Alba Project
Our activity is based on two integrated and complementary business units:
• Software design, development and maintenance. We produce web
platforms for Social Learning, e-Participation, e-Commerce and we manage
multimedia contents and Virtual Community.
• Strategic management consulting and system implementation in
Service Level Management (SLM), Big Data & Cloud Computing &
Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) areas.

3. The Edil-learning Living Lab involves Alba Project as IT SME,
Electromagnetic Lab Lecce at University of Salento as Research
laboratory and Formedil Bari and Formedil Foggia as Final users.

4. Edil-learning platform gathered functional
specifications adopting co-modeling strategy.
The three partners worked together in an efficient
way to:
Design Business processes of the training
schools;
Find the different end-user typologies;
Map stakeholders with both end-users and
platform modules.

7. The co-design methodology
was sperimented through 10
demolab workshops;
the validity of this approach
was endorsed by the
enthusiastic feedbacks from
both learners and content
managers;
3 online on demand E-learning
courses and Webinar service;
100 users from the building
sector;
edil-learning trademark.
Results

8. The web platform was implemented by customizing a general-purpose
framework for the construction sector.
We are going to replicate this experience in other areas, such as public
administration and health-care. We are implementing new apps to provide
mobile access.
