The Script Console addresses the need of
having a standalone environment for the
execution of your Content Scripts

The console is capable of connecting to multiple
Content Server instances at the same times, and
to perform the same task on all of them.
The Script Console can be run in interactive mode, allowing Administrators to
perform automatized tasks directly on Content Server without being forced
to use the web interface
Additionally, it can be used as a script interpreter. This allows, for example, the
execution of scripts from external scheduled jobs (e.g. crontab on Linux or
Windows scheduler).
The Script Console can also be executed as a standalone server, including a
lightweight webserver capable of serving web pages and to work as REST API
endpoint for integration with remote systems
