In a bid to reaffirm their brand as modern and stylish, yet natural,
coffee chain EAT have unveiled a new concept store today on
London’s The Strand.
2. It’s been reported that the new concept store is the biggest shift in the
chain’s branding since it’s launch in 1996, and has been designed
with customer experience in mind.
The new store features a modern digital menu board solely for it’s hot
food options. This benefits customers as you can now see what’s
coming up on the menu for the next day and the next week while you
make your choice for lunch.
3. Other new features include a revamp of the kitchen, which has been
opened up so you can see how EAT’s food is prepared. There’s also
a new self-service area that has breakfast on display in the morning
and then shows afternoon tea from lunchtime onwards, which allures
customers with freshly baked pastries and cookies.
4. EAT’s Marketing Director Sarah Doyle has stated, ‘We are very
excited to be unveiling EAT’s new look which we feel reflects the core
principles on which our brand was originally founded. It is modern
and stylish, yet also has a natural, simple and handcrafted feel, which
reflects the essence of our food. The new design marks the start of a
new stage of growth and expansion for the business’.
The new branding will be rolled out across the chain 120 stores
across the UK early next near.
This new concept store will differentiate EAT from its competitors as
they’re creating an experience which isn’t likened to any other coffee
chain on the high street.
