Introduction
• A laptop computer, sometimes called a notebook computer by manufacturers, is a battery- or AC-powered
personal computer generally smaller than a briefcase that can easily be transported and conveniently used in
temporary spaces such as on airplanes, in libraries, temporary offices, and at meetings.
• Laptop computers generally cost more than desktop computers with the same capabilities because they are
more difficult to design and manufacture. A laptop can effectively be turned into a desktop computer with a
docking station, a hardware frame that supplies connections for peripheral input/output devices such as a
printer or larger monitor.

Methodology
 Topic of the Presentation: A Study on Survey On Laptop.
 This study is been taken to study the Customer satisfaction on the laptop they are using.
 The study had been done using Google Forms which had been used to collect data.
Conclusion
 I came to conclusion that 33.3% of customers using HP laptop.
 I came to conclusion that 55.6% of customers selected 15-17 inches screen size.
 I came to conclusion that 66.7% of customers are happy with their current laptop.
 I came to conclusion that 55.6% rate their laptop Good.
 I came to conclusion that 38.9% of customers using from Less than 6 months and More than 3 years.
 I came to conclusion that 55.6% selected average of their laptop battery performance.
 I came to conclusion that 55.6% selected design of their laptop.
