• End to end recruitment, sourcing, screening & short listing the CVs from Job-Portals,
employee references, consultants, making cold calls, coordinating interviews
efficiently and scheduling as per requirements for entire Eastern Region.
• Preparation of pre-fitment salary sheets with respect to grade & scale of the
selected candidate and sharing the same with HO to release the proposal offer.
