Ingredients:
• 2 cups of all purpose flour
• 1 envelope of rapid rise
yeast
• 2 tbsp. of sugar
• ½ tsp. of salt
• ½ cup of milk
• ¼ cup of water
• 2 tbsp. of margarine or
butter

Combine all the dry ingredients, 3/4 cup
flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt
in a bowl.
Heat the milk, water and butter until warm
for at least 120- 130 degrees ֯F, then add it
into the flour mixture.

Add 1/4 cup flour and beat 2 minutes at
high speed. Knead lightly floured surface
until the texture become smooth and
elastic for about 8-10 minutes, cover and
let rest for at least 10 minutes.

Beat the mixture for 2 minutes at
medium speed utilizing an electric mixer
and scraping bowl frequently,

Bake at 375 degrees ֯F in a preheated
oven for 20 minutes or until done.

Split up the dough into 12 equal pieces
and shape into balls. Place in greased
roupan. Cover and let the dough
doubled its size for 30 minutes.
Remove from pan. For additional taste,
brush the bread with melted butter. Serve
warm.
