BEING. DANCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A COMPONENT OF HUMAN CULTURE, RITUALS, AND CELEBRATIONS, ALL
OF WHICH CONTRIBUTE TO OUR PHYSICAL FITNESS. THE COMPONENTS OF HEALTH-RELATED FITNESS,
ALSO KNOWN AS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS, ARE CREATED THROUGH THIS ACTIVITY. IT ENSURES THAT A
PERSON CAN OPERATE EFFICIENTLY AND MEET THE DEMANDS AND DUTIES THAT PROTECT AGAINST
LIFESTYLE-RELATED DISORDERS AND CONTRIBUTE TO HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT.
