invoice. Initiate analyze and ensure completeness, validity and accuracy of the trade spending accrual, through
monitoring of the Condition Generation report, Event Status report and Rebate report. Ensure consistent Deal
Sheet maintenance and storage in CBP. Ensure consumption data has been provided by CDO for actualization of
scan events, and monitor shipment data for actualization of non-scan events. Ensure timely and accurate processing
of promotional payment obligations, including customer invoices and check requests, customer deductions, and
pricing/promotion related credit memos. Ensure controls are in place for the disbursement of promotional funds,
and that amounts billed by customers match the agreed terms in the corresponding deal sheet. Analyze and resolve
billing issues related to differences in customer invoice and rebate accruals. Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
over Revenue cycle, including monitoring the Sales Reps assignment of the proper GTN buckets. Provide
documentation on all promotional payment obligations cleared, and ensure processes are documented and updated.
Communicate with customers to obtain any missing documentation and backup for promotional deductions.
Request repayment of invalid customer invoices. Coordinate through CDO and Customer Operations Finance
Team the collection of invalid promotional deductions, should the customer refuse payment. Reduce Sales
administrative time associated with Deduction management and support the achievement of CPUS and CPCN
financial initiatives relative to A/R. Conduct yearly visits to Sales Region, to meet and discuss deductions and AR
status with sales team.
Monitor SAP pricing (price mismatch report) and resolve any pricing issues by confirming price in CBP. Address
and correct any valid pricing discrepancies in CBP and re-price orders when necessary. Responsible for identifying
system pricing issues and work with the following departments to ensure timely shipment of orders: EDI, Data
Management, Sales and Customer Service Departments. Provide assistance to the Finance-Customer Operations
team to match open credits to AR balances.
Account portfolio for US includes US Club accounts, Walgreens, DOT Foods and Hardware.
