Andy Taylor is CEO of Applied Power Technologies, Inc. (APT). He has over 30 years of experience in facilities, manufacturing, and utility engineering. He earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Idaho, and then an M.S. in manufacturing systems engineering from Stanford University. He has been a registered professional electrical engineer since 1994. Prior to APT, he spent many years at Intel Corporation in facilities and manufacturing and chaired Intel’s virtual factory joint engineering team (JET). Prior to Intel, he was a consulting electrical engineer for Quasar Engineering in Belmont, CA and for ABB Impell in San Ramon, CA. Earlier, he worked for Idaho Power Compan
