6. Vision & Purpose
● Vision
○ Everyone an Entrepreneur
To inspire, educate, and empower citizens to become modern
entrepreneurs, to encourage trade and spread education around
the world through the power of the Internet.
● Purpose
○ Transform lives by empowering people and businesses.
8. Objectives
• Leadership & Management
○ Recruit and Develop the most knowledgeable and disciplined internet
consulting team in the world and help provide them with the best
quality of life.
• Products & Services
○ Deliver a service that integrates the modern enterprise framework and
the appleseed software platform to help people run their companies
on the internet
• Sales & Marketing
○ Build a global brand that equates the company, its products, and its
members with excellence in innovation, experience, knowledge, and
professionalism and trusts the company to help it grow on the internet
9. Objectives
• Research & Development
○ Develop the most comprehensive and useful knowledge base on
running internet companies in the world
• Operations & Infrastructure
○ Create the most efficiently run company in the world with the highest
customer satisfaction in the industry.
• Finance & Accounting
○ Create the most profitable service company in the world with the most
fairly compensated team members.
11. Focus
• Anant
○ To maximize our potential to our clients, we need to focus on
ourselves. What is the one thing we can be doing this year, this
month, this week to be better?
• Client
○ To maximize the potential of our clients, we need to focus on how we
can best serve them so that they can serve their customers. What’s
the one thing we can do for our clients so that they are better?
• Individual
○ To maximize your potential to Anant or the Client, you need to focus
on how you can improve yourself. What’s the one thing you can learn
or be better at so that you can help your teammates?
12. Priority
• Importance
○ Every time we decide to focus on the One Thing for Anant, the Client, or
ourselves, we need to work on the Most Important Task related to completing
our objective. It is what needs to be done before everything else. That is why a
Priority is a priority. It is the most important thing.
• Urgency
○ Urgent items can be distracting. Should they take precedence over the Most
Important thing? You have to decide if it could potentially derail the company,
the client, or yourself and take the right action. Not all urgent items are
important.
• Smart
○ Our priorities set direction on what we are doing. We should set priorities that
are smart and realistic so that we can move forward. Taking on something that
is too big for a certain time frame will not help anyone because you’ll be too
busy and not helping others.
13. Improve
• Practical
○ Is this next thing practical for us right now? Can we do it? Will it
work? Practical means that we can wrap our mind around it
and get it done.
• Incremental
○ Incremental means that its bite-size, discrete, and can be given
a specific deadline and a time estimate.
• Smart
○ Is it the smart thing to do? Are we working harder or smarter?
