 Preparing the service orders for the running contracts to carry out the contract activities to the existing contractors.
 Prepare variation order requests (VOR) for the existing contracts based on the additional requirements that arise during the
execution of contracts and play an active role in getting the approvals of the same from the management.
 Monitoring the contract expenditures of the running contracts and prepare a detailed monthly report of the same to keep

 Thoroughly review the Contractor’s quarterly performance evaluation report in terms of HSE factors, timely execution of
