Human Resources Coordinator - Reporting to the Director of Human Resources. Primary function was to
administer policies relating to all aspects of human resources, recruitment & selection, record keeping of
benefit plan participation, and personnel transactions.
▪ Maintained knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations and ensured
policies, procedures and reporting were in compliance.
▪ Managed all aspects of the multi-state payroll for 185 employees, such as establishing appropriate
checks and balances to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.
