Low- and middle-income country governments face competing health priorities as they try to increase their populations’ access to affordable healthcare with limited resources. Faced with difficult choices, how can governments align their spending with health system objectives? One common policy instrument governments are using is the health benefit plan (HBP), defined here as a pre-determined, publicly managed list of guaranteed health services. Based on country experiences, the authors of this report argue that using evidence improves the potential for HBPs to achieve and balance countries’ objectives for equity, efficiency, financial protection, and sustainability in the health sector. Governments using—or considering—HBPs as part of their pathway to UHC are faced with complex questions as they prepare to design new HBPs or update existing ones to address technological, epidemiological, economic, or other changes. This report is intended to serve as a resource for these governments. Through a review of 25 countries examining the types of evidence used to design and update HBPs, this report identifies actionable lessons for designing HBPs that advance health systems objectives in a sustainable way. Using Mobile Technologies in Health Research at NIH

The goal of this work is to provide a fundamental understanding of the daily information needs of people through a large-scale, in-depth, quantitative investigation. To this end, we have conducted one of the most comprehensive studies of information needs to date, spanning a 3-month period and involving more than 100 users. The study employed a contextual experience sampling method, a snippet-based diary technique using SMS technology, and an online Web diary to gather in situ insights into the types of needs that occur from day to day, how those needs are addressed, and how contextual, technological, and demographic factors impact on those needs. Our results not only complement earlier studies but also provide a new understanding of the intricacies of people’s daily information needs.

BSN is a prior and emerging technology in the medical field .BSN care system first deploy light weight ,tinypowered sensors on patient body which communicate with each other and the coordinator node which is on the body.This system mainly focuses on the measurement and estimation of important parameters like ECG,temperature,level of blood. This real time system focuses on several parameters like patient location, data storage, motion detection and transmission of data as well as alert messages to first responder and server of hospital.In this system we are using three types of sensors ECG sensor,temperature sensor and level sensor which gathers patients information and sends to micro-controller via which it goes to BTC(Bluetooth Controller) through it is transferred to an Android smart phone of patient via Wi-Fi/Internet it goes to server and from the server data is sends to doctors Android App. We are additionally using NFC(Near Field Communication) technology,motion detection of patient by continuous grabbing of feed from camera.Subsequently, by using this customized algorithm we proposed IOT based healthcare system using body sensors which efficiently accomplish requirement.
