- Simple delegation refers to the allocation of tasks to employees. However, Delegation of Authority allows subordinates to do tasks or responsibilities outside of their regular work, enabling them to exercise a certain level of authority beyond their position. Delegation enables managers to unload some of their tasks so other more important matters can be addressed.

is the act of making
