3. General information
You will find Information on the Intranet under "Mitt Intranät" (circled in the picture below). Click the
link to open Information in a new window.
4. •Log in Page
•Log in to MicroStrategy with a user name and password. The system will continue to
prompt you to change your password periodically. Since the system handles sensitive
information, it is important that you keep your password to yourself. Having problems
with your login, please contact the IT Service Desk
Please note that every body
have unique ID & Password.
5. 1.2 Welcome Page
After you log in to Micro Strategy, depending on your configuration, you can access one or several projects.
The most common is ‘Operational Reports. Click on that. Also note that all three folders purpose are same in
different language. For example you can select any one and see result.

6. Project Home Page
The project home page displays several options, including Shared Reports, My Reports, History List, My
subscriptions, Preferences and Search. The default Settings is in Swedish. To change that to another language
you choose ‘Shared report’ and then (arrow in the pictures below).

7. – Shared Reports – The Shared Reports page displays reports,
documents, and other objects that are shared with other users.
– History List – The History List is a portion of the interface that allows users to
retrieve the results of previously executed or scheduled reports and HTML
documents. By subscribing a report or document to the History List, it can be
quickly run from cache memory without querying the data source.
– My Subscriptions – You can subscribe to a report or document after running it in
Microstrategy Web. When you create a subscription to a report or document, your
are requesting that Microstrategy Web execute the report or document
automatically based on a schedule that you select.
– My Reports – The My Reports page displays reports, documents, and other
objects that are not shared with other users. You can also create subfolders within
the My Reports folder to organize your reports and documents.
8. – Shared report : As you can see below there are many option to chose, Pls click
on Ordering and deals report” for order related report.

9. – Order and Deals report : As you can see below there are many option to chose,
Pls click on “Confirmed order purchase report” for confirmed order.

1. Supplier Site - If you want to download all current order (Season ) then mention
supplier name /Supplier Code and then enter for search , Then add / select and
export in PDF format.
2. Supplier Trait - IF you want to download all order of production area Ex – New
Delhi, Shanghai etc then select any one in option then add and export in PDF format.
3. Supplier - If you want to download all current order (Season ) then mention supplier
name /Supplier Code and then enter for search , Then add / select and export in PDF
format.
4. Order No - If you want to download only one order then mention correct order no
and then search then add and export in PDF format.
5. Minimum original approval Date : Generally we don’t work on this term, these are
for domestic only.
6. Maximum Original approval Date : Generally we don’t work on this term, these are

13. Using the Navigation Toolbar
As you work in the MicroStrategy Web interface, at the top of every page is the navigation toolbar,
which enables you to quickly move to other aspects of the interface.
The MicroStrategy Icon is located in the top left corner of each MicroStrategy Web page.
Clicking the icon displays a menu with links to important MicroStrategy pages and functionality.

14. Navigation Toolbar and other Icons
The back, forward, and Up icons are used for navigating to the previous page, next page, or the folder that Is above your
current folder, respectively:
Viewing Your Location Using the Navigation Toolbar
The navigation toolbar displays information about the current page. In the example below, the current page is a document,
so the name of the document is displayed in the toolbar. Clicking on the text for the current page will, where possible,
display where the current object, such as a report or document, is located in the folder structure for your project. Clicking
on the name of a folder will take you to that folder.
If you have work open in the current page, remember to save it before navigating to a different page. You use the action bar to save your work.
15. Menu Bar and Action Bar
The menu bar contains text, such as “Home” and “Tools”. The action bar is displayed below the menu bar and it contains
icons such as the Save As… icon and the Redo icon. The options displayed and available on each bar vary depending on
context and on your privileges. For example, the Create New Folder icon is only available when your are browsing project
folders and you have permission to create a new folder in the current folder location.
Clicking a triangle in the menu bar displays a drop-down list containing MicroStrategy Web functionality. Clicking text in
the menu bar will affect which icons are displayed on the action bar. The action bar provides one-click access to the most
important and frequently-used functions, such as creating a new report, creating a new folder, displaying the navigation
tree, and viewing object names as a list or icons. For example, clicking the Save icon will save the current document.
16. Save and Save As… Option in the Menu Bar
The current object, such as a document or report, can also be saved by clicking the triangle next to
Home on the menu bar and selecting Save or Save As…
