 Good quality fine mesh generation in Hypermesh for Shell and Solid components
 Expert in developing model for crash analysis using Hypermesh in
LS-Dyna,Abaqus profile.
 Good experience in FE Modeling of BIW components of Commercial Vehicle and
Passenger Vehicle for crash analysis.

automotive sub-systems using Abaqus, Hypermesh based on FMVSS, ECE , ADR and
JNCAP Regulations for crash/safety & durability. Which includes crash/safety simulations
like Seat-back Strength, Seat Anchorage Dynamic Strength Test, Seat Structural Dynamic
Strength Forward & backward, Strength of Seat Belt Anchorage, Luggage Retention, Child
Restraint Test Forward Lateral, Head Restraint Performance &Strength Test , Vertical Load
Strength of Cushion Frame, Armrest & Cup Holder Strength, seat side cover stiffness test.
Some of the important analysis carried out were
• Seat belt anchorage Analysis
• Isofix,t30,t1a,t30a-x type analysis
• Adac, t5, type analysis.
Project Name: Full vehicle FE model building for Frontal CRASH.
Software : HYPERMESH
Solver : LSDYNA
Description: Scope of these projects was to build a FE model for full vehicle program for
Frontal Crash load case. Some of the key tasks which were executed during the projects were
• Checking of all CAD data as per BOM
• Mid plane FE modeling
• Thickness and material assignment
• Intersection & penetration removal

1.Responsible for handling multiple teams for multiple projects
1. Directly interacting with Customer for successful project execution.
2. Project scope include meshing, deck setup, solving, and report preparation,
Finding reasons and proposing counter measures.
3. Analysis cases executed for crash/safety & durability domain.
4. Project estimation, Team management and peer reviewer.
5. Guiding team members to execute projects properly.
6. Reviewing of models in Regular, Intermediate and Final stages of project
7. Project Tracking from Initial Setup to Final Delivery.
