2. Introduction
Following is my vision for the direction the
business will take in case of receiving the seed
funding necessary to maintain our cash-flow till
the end of the year operating projects described
and getting more specific and selective in the
services we provide.
3. Business Model
• Initial business planning was done by
analyzing the model of 2 successful web
companies 37Signals and Envato
• Envato.com establishes online communities
around specific subjects and creates streams
of services and products around it.
• 37Signals.com offers subscription based
products that solve specific business
problems.
4. What we have done
• We have created 3 online communities for
entrepreneurs, developers and designers
• We’ve developed ideas/prototypes for
subscription-based products that solve specific
business problems and ready to implement as we
allocate necessary resources
• We had been providing web services to maintain
our cash flow and invest in our communities and
products.
5. Services
• We currently provide web design, development and
marketing services to available client
In case of receiving seed funding
• Being the exclusive provider of Arabic Web Presenters in the
MENA region as we’re finalizing a deal with
http://mywebpresenters.com
• Focus on high value services especially multimedia content
development (web videos, animations .etc) and getting
involved in interesting projects to maintain our cash-flow
6. Web Presenters (Arabic)
• Web Presenters make websites more active
and interactive by having a presenter on web
pages, we’re establishing a partnership with
MyWebPresenters.com to be the exclusive
provider of Arabic Web Presenters

7. Community Projects
• While community projects can be looked at as
unprofitable, there are a lot of services and
products that can be derived from it.
• For Design & Development communities we’re
intending to create the Lynda.com of the
middle east by having highly qualified
professionals recording trainings and making it
available in a subscription-based library
similar to the famous Lynda.com in Arabic
8. DesignTemple
• Community and e-learning
portal for design
professionals
• Planned to be launched
after Egypreneur 1700+
Twitter followers
10. Online Training Library
• Community projects are expected to generate
beneficial content that’s not organized in
training programs.
• Having access to professionals through our
communities we can develop well-structured
screen-casting materials and offer it for a
subscription and license it in different ways.
Example: http://lynda.com
11. Communities & PlugAndPlay
• Using PlugAndPlay Facilities to operate these
community projects and accordingly helping
MENA professionals gain exposure and get
connected with industry outside their borders
would boost their image and the industry in
the region.
• Brands DeveloperMan and DesignTemple are
meant to be global – events, gatherings and
content can be developed anywhere.
12. Possible Products
• We have developed different product ideas
that we can study more in-depth and
implement one-by-one upon availability of
resources
– MENA Social Business Network
– ToastMasters iPad/Mobile Application
– Billboard Map
– Dress shops / Social Media Integration
13. Social Business Network
• We’ve identified that there is an unfulfilled
need in social networks used in the region and
that’s of mixing the seriousness of doing
business with fluid social interaction.
• Network to build can be used as the networking
platform for our projects.
• Subscription-based plans with extra services
like SEO & access to Marketplace can be offered
14. ToastMasters App
• ToastMasters is an international organization
for public speaking with over 260,000
members across the globe
• Being a member of ToastMasters for 2 years
periodic meetings still lack a complete
solution to manage club activities
• Proposed iPad and mobile application to
manage ToastMasters meetings more
effectively.
15. Billboard Map
• Web/Mobile/iPad Application to work as an
intermediate between Billboard advertisers
and agencies owning the boards.
• Providing information about availability of
Billboards and ability to pick specific number
of Billboards
• We’ll handle the intermediary process
between advertisers and agencies
16. Dress Shops and Social Media
• While trying different dresses Instantly post
photos to social media sites for feedback from
friends across twitter/facebook and/or your
email inbox or account on store site.
• From eHow “If you're allowed, take a camera (preferably digital)
with you to take snapshots of the dresses you love the most so you can
keep a record of them. You'll probably try on many dresses during your
search, and you'll probably quickly forget the details of each dress as you
try on the next one you love.”
Will make it possible for the shop to take care of this.
