1. The
Picture

Dorian
Gray

2. Two friends were talking
in London. Harry wanted
to show Basil´s portrait
but he didn´t want
because it was too much
like him. Then, Harry
met Dorian.

3. Dorian and Harry were talking
in the garden. Harry said
strange things; he said that
Dorian was beautiful and that
this beauty won´t be forever.

4. Basil finished the
portrait. When Dorian
looked at the picture, he
remembered what Harry
had said. Then, he was
sad, because the picture
would never change.
Then, Dorian wished to
be young forever, he
would give his soul for
this.

5. Dorian was an orphan but he
would inherit a fortune. Harry
wanted to give his thoughts and
ideas to Dorian. One day, Dorian
told Harry, that he was in love
with an actress. Her name was
Sybil.

6. Sybil was very happy in love but
her mother was not happy because
they did not have money and if she
was in love, she would not work.
The Sybil´s brother wanted to
protect her, he said that if he hurt
Sybil, he would find him and he
would kill him.

7. Dorian, Basil and Harry had gone to
the theater. This day Sybil acted very
badly. Then, Dorian went to see her
and he said that she killed his love
for him that she was boring and
stupid. Sybil cried.

8. Dorian looked at the portrait. The
painting had changed. It looked
unkind and cruel and his face was
beatiful and young. His wish became
true.

9. Harry want to see Dorian. He´s going
to marry Sybil but Harry told him
that she´s dead. That the news was
in all the newspapers. Then, Dorian
said that he was very sad and angry
so he decided to do everything he
wanted to do.

10. Basil has visited Dorian because he wanted to
show the portrait. Then, Dorian showed his
portrait and Basil was horrified at the change in
Dorian's portrait. Dorian covered the
painting, looked at the room and kept the key.

11. Dorian´s character began to change when years
passed and Dorian was still young and beautiful but
people said but things about him. He became a very
rich person. The image of his portrait continued
since the visit of Basil.
Basil wanted to know why he had lost all this
friends and Dorian caught a knife in Basil's heart.

12. Dorian received guests at
his house. they all enjoyed
shooting. One day Dorian
saw James vane´s white
face watching him thought
a window. He felt so
scared that he fainted.
Other day, Dorian and his
guesrs were shooting, they
shot at a hare but it
happened to be a man. It
was James Vane. Dorian
felt safe.

13. Dorian had a conversation
with Harry. He claimed he
wanted to be a good
person. They talked about
Lilan Campbell and Basil´s
disapearance. He went to
the attic to look at his
portrait and saw no
change. So he decided to
destroy it. When the
servants entered the
room, they found the
portrait of their master
and the body of on old
dead man on the floor.
They examined his friends
and recognized Dorian.
