• Artificial intelligence is commonly denoted as AI.
• It is a very vast field.
• AI is a program that behave, think, operate and act as
human.
• AI is a conversion of human brain into computer
brain(processor).
What is AI?
AI is a computer program that act as human.
When human intelligence is converted into machine it
is called artificial intelligence .
Why we need it?
Due to our busy and struggled life.
To solve problems.
For time savings
History:-
We hardly need some assistants.
Concept of artificial intelligence may be found in
Greek mythology.
Modern computer become after World War 2.
14th century Aristotle
15th -16th century Clock
20th century Grey Wetter , Rabbet etc.

organize operations , invest in
stocks, and manage properties.
Robotics
A robot is an automatic programmable
machine that moves and perform
mechanical tasks.
Robot can work in environment that is
dangers for human.
Robot’s task are accurate .
From appearance it is called robot and in
working it is called AI.
Now robots are use in every field of life.
Transport
AI is widely used in transport
industries .
For manufacturing heavy vehicles
robots are used based on AI.
CAD (computer aided designing)
CAM(computer aided
manufacturing)
Medical
In medical field AI is use with the
help of:
Robots
Machinery
Helping surgeons
Monitoring patient
Medical chips
Education
Computers with AI are used in education
field such as :
a. CBT(computer Based Training)
b. CAL(Computer Aided Learning)
These are two basic education tools based
on AI to help learners.
 Games
Games
AI is also used to make computer games
more challenging for their human
participants.
Most games are ruled-based, which means
that the computerized characters such as
enemy guards, friendly wingmen.
Some of the most popular games are open-
ended. Their characters do not have finite
path to follow or an ultimate goal such as
Sims 3 university life, island paradise.
