Duties and Responsibilities:
• Rendered services such as:
• Managed WASH & Livelihood Project: Gardening projects in the 7
transitional sites with approximated 6,000 total populations. And also take
the Lead of the Medical Team during disaster response (Typhoon Ruby
and Seniang Response) with 15-20 medical team members.
• Planned WASH activities including the budget and effectively implemented
in the IDP Camps/ communities.
• Supervised construction of water structures and sanitation structures in
the transitional sites in coordination with the technical team.
• Develop, monitor and evaluate Water, Sanitation and hygiene project
indicators and standards for use.
• Attend relevant WASH sector meetings and trainings with purpose of
networking and gaining crucial information on the work with other
agencies (e.g. CCCM cluster, City Hall meetings, WASH Cluster etc)
• Monitor HEALTH status to identify community health problems (e.g.
water/vector borne diseases/ illnesses).
• Diagnose and investigate health problems and health hazards in the
community.
• Inform, educate or conduct hygiene promotions using PHAST and other
models, and empower people about health issues.
• Train and Mobilize WASH Public Health Officer Assistant including the
community partnerships/ WASH Committees (5-10 members/site) to
identify and solve WASH/ health problems.

• Accompanied in conducting Medical Mission to the different municipalities.

And also take the Lead of the Medical Team during disaster response (Typhoon Ruby and Seniang Response) with 15-20 medical team members. • Planned WASH activities including the budget and effectively implemented in the IDP Camps/ communities. • Supervised construction of water structures and sanitation structures in the transitional sites in coordination with the technical team. • Develop, monitor and evaluate Water, Sanitation and hygiene project indicators and standards for use. • Attend relevant WASH sector meetings and trainings with purpose of networking and gaining crucial information on the work with other agencies (e.g. CCCM cluster, City Hall meetings, WASH Cluster etc) • Monitor HEALTH status to identify community health problems (e.g. water/vector borne diseases/ illnesses). • Diagnose and investigate health problems and health hazards in the community. • Inform, educate or conduct hygiene promotions using PHAST and other models, and empower people about health issues. • Train and Mobilize WASH Public Health Officer Assistant including the community partnerships/ WASH Committees (5-10 members/site) to identify and solve WASH/ health problems. • Establish and maintain networking partnerships with other NGOs and stakeholders. • Conduct field visits, for the purposes of assessing if and ensuring that programs are managed in accordance with internal procedures and Humanitarian Accountability Principles (HAP) as well as in a manner that will promote good practice and maximize program impact. • Ensuring good relationships with donor community and international Support offices through ensuring that the organization meets all contractual obligations and achieves high quality planning and implementation levels • Conduct monitoring and evaluation and good documentation. • Developing monthly, quarterly progress and annual program reports in timely manner. • Any other duties assigned by my immediate supervisor (assisted the Governance in facilitating Disaster Risk Reduction Trainings in the communities, organize and conducted simulation).
