Alex McCaslin wai the second employee to be hired at the Bison Building Materials
Casa Grande location. This operation was BBM's first Greenfield start up facility in an
expansion effort int) the west. Alex proved herworth and utilized her skills in setting up
the office andbusiness end ofthe facility singlehandedly. Herpersistence in successfully
overcoming obstacles and issues she faced was apparent at each level of growth the
companyreached Alexheld thetitle ofOffice Manager, her dailyfunctions included but

much more. Alex took the initiative to create needed "job descriptions" and "how to"

Alexandra McCaslin was employed at Bison Building Materials, Ltd.fromDecember 27, 2005 to
February 15, 20071 She held a position as Office Administrator. Ms. McCaslin was separated from
Bison through no faultof her own. Bison has determined that It is In the best Interest ofthe company to
cease operations In Casa Grande, Arizona. As a result Ms. McCaslin's position was eliminated. She*
illustrated good work ethic, competency and she was a dedicated employee during hertenure here.
