allocating local resources appropriately and ensuring that all are launched to Galadari Ice Cream Group standards
and are delivered on time.
 Ensuring that all Ice Cream parlors are appropriately manned during identified peak shifts by qualified members
of the Restaurant management teams.
 Ensuring that our customers remain at the heart of everything we do and that we incorporate information from
customer feedback within the area
 Making sure all maintenance and repairs are carried out in a cost effective and efficient manner.
 Ensuring with HR that all accommodations and transport are kept to the highest standard.
 Monitoring that transport is provided for all Employees.
 Delivering consistent exceptional audit results building an “audit ready” culture.
Commercial.
 Maximizing the commercial potential of the area through the delivery of 'one best way' practices
 Successfully managing area P&L and a turnover ensuring full delivery of the bottomline
 Communicating to Restaurant Area Managers on business performance (KPI’s), new initiatives and commercial
development opportunities
 With the support offinance and the Operations & Training Manager, managing through your Managers the annual
budgeting and planning process that will deliver efficiencies and cost saving benefits to the area.
 Ensuring efficient invoice management for the Ice cream parlors.
 Submitting a report on controllable expenses to top management on a monthly basis.
 Preparation of activity reports to inform management of the status and implementation plans of programs, services
and quality initiatives.
Leadership.
 Providing inspirational leadership to a team of Area Managers ,Key Training person,Team Leaders ,and Parlor in
charge that results in the celebration of success and personaldevelopment and robust succession plans for
individuals within the team

 Supporting Area Managers and the rest of the Team members to determine their needs and put plans in place to
