Plush - A Colorful Christmas
Challenge
People always do good deeds near Christmas.
But the actual problems are deeper and harder
to solve.We had to convince an entire city
that we can do things differently.

This campaign is a statement in Social
Responsibility models. It gives power to the
people, in a unique model based on community

Challenge
As the first background screening company
in Romania, it’s not easy to make your way
and attain a good positioning.We entered
at a point where all PR and marketing efforts
had only negative feedback from the market
and turned that situation to 180 degrees.
Our contribution
We created an app to directly connect the
target audience (HR Managers) to the actual
risks faced by not using professional BG screening.
The output was a fun game for event use that
HR Managers loved playing and competing in

Get the Romanian initiated INjoy Project
to the final phase of ING’s Innovation
Bootcamp, an internal competition
for the greatest innovation ideas in ING.
Our contribution
When we entered the project, we did
a complete repositioning of the product,
owning a powerful strategical role in the
project, alongside the ING team.
Key deliverables also included: Product
Strategy, Advertising Strategy and Execution,
Prototype for the final App, AnimatedVideos,

Challenge
A succesful launch for one of the most
promising Romanian start-ups in 2016
Our contribution
Preparing the launch event assets, including
a “reason to be” video, an explainer video and
app demo videos.
We also had the challenge to build an
interactive web asset that would be suitable
for both desktop/mobile view and also for
huge touch screens placed at the launch event.

A mobile app in a very competitive industry
requires great dedication.We had the challenge
of building the Hayo App UX/UI to respond to
modern consumer desires and innovate on
their expectations.
Also, the UX philosophy needed to be mirrored

Build a lasting impression on the stage of
Finovate Europe 2018 with the first Romanian company
to ever hold a presentation at the event.
Our contribution
Alongside the team at Fintech OS, we took technology
to the next level, by incorporating their innovations in
the Fintech space (including Strategic DigitalTransformation,
True Customer 360, AI, Voice Interface) into a spot-on
performance, that included showcasing the product (UX,

Build a website on a typical website budget.
But there’s one catch.This website is actually
9 websites.
Our contribution
An end-to-end project for the digital reshaping
of Continental Hotels, both in Corporate and
Consumer (8 hotels) form, with a single central
asset.
Only guerrilla marketing phylosophy and modern
digital technique lead to the success of this project

Plush - United by Christmas
Challenge
The third year of the Plush campaigns
came as a real challenge.We wanted to shift the
engagement model to the offline community to
further extend the campaign’s reach and impact.
Our contribution
We set out on beating a world record.The
mechanism for 2014 was: come and tie a
Christmas Garland to the existing one made
by the people of the city and a small donation
shall be made to families in need.We had over
1 km of garland, in the end, wrapping around
the city. Practically, everybody was talking
about it and contributing.
The entire campaign culminated in an event
where friends, families, neighbors came to
the central park to unite their garlands to
raise awareness for the social cause.

19. iFuture Interactive Expo
Challenge
Build a disruptive, interactive expo for
the biggest job fair in Romania, in order to
stand out from conventional, big players. And
we had just 6 sq. metres to work with.

dartboard. Actually, the entire expo is a huge

Launching a new product in a new professional
area for RINFTECH - hardware that aids in
software testing.
Our contribution
We were universal partners for RINF at the
2016 imWorld, one of the largest tech events
in Romania.We designed the entire expo, including
walls, stands and furniture to make IQ Matt, the
product showcased by RINF, stand out and make
a worthy impression.

Design an app that would serve all 1 on 1
activations for the entire group, for all
brands.
Our contribution
Not only did we come with a modern look
and feel that both promoters and clients love,
but we also drastically improved the process,
with modern UX with great usability and fast
actions, placed in a creative manner, all leading
to a speedy, but meaningful interaction with the
app.
Besides the actual design, we also had to follow
KPIs related to ease of adoption by promoters
and lifetime value of the app. 2 years later, it is
still being used on all BATactivation campaigns.

Challenge
Catch up on digital disruption in the Internet
Banking segment, an area where even big players
have a hard time adapting.

A complete reimagining of Internet Banking,
in an UX Concept that makes use of actual

Redesign the entire Core Insurance App
for Allianz for maximized efficiency and

As an e-commerce website, you can’t miss out
on Black Friday. But we wanted to do it in a
special tone, not like what every other website
was doing. So came the idea of Pink Friday, a
campaign that was not only focused on big
price cuts, but also on raising awareness
towards real problems that the target audience,
women, are facing.
Our contribution
3% of every order on Pink Friday was donated
to a national Cancer Awareness Organization.
We communicated this in online channels,
especially Social Media and got to a whopping
6x multiplier for Pink Friday Sales (6x the average
daily sales in that year; the reference for Black
Friday for past years was 2x).

Tiger - The December Challenge
Challenge
Last December, we didn’t have any budgets for
extra activities on Social Media, but as the end of the
year is a prolific period for communicating in FMCG,
we took this as an opportunity.
We challenged ourselves to activate a community
without telling them that they are being activated,
a silent campaign that blended with our entire
Social Media activity for December.
Our contribution
We launched a video on the page that was seemingly
just about aTiger watchingTVin his cat-shack. But
the video was filled with clues and the vigilent members
of our community could actually predict not only our
entire social media plan, but also a hidden message in
the campaign.
The actual challenge was that we never told them that
is is a riddle and, still, the community caught on to it
and with no financial incentive, answered the riddle just
for fun.That’s true community spirit.

Maybe one of our biggest challenges so far, we
had to take a lesser known case of performance
athletes working under harsh conditions and
make their story known.We took on the challenge
of the Romanian Inline Figure Skating team, who
had no adequate budget, for equipment, training
facilities or enrollment in competitions.

Bring 50 developers together in a room
where they would act as creatives,
brainstorming for the future of ING’s
Internet Banking.
Our contribution
The StartApp event for ING’s AppVault
project was due to fail.We had to bring
together developers to share their ideas
on the future of Internet Banking with a
bank without them knowing anything about
the organizer.
The event turned out to be an oustanding
experience for all participants, considering
the fact that it was an interactive concept,
similar to a hackathon, but much more effective:
over 50 ideas were drafted in a 3 hour, collective
brainstorming.

Our contribution
After first showing the NN Enrollment App in
internal focus groups, there was a lot of negative
sentiment around the new App in the company.
Our task was to follow-up on the modern UX design
with assets that would explain the role and benefits
of the app towards employees, maximizing adoption

communication campaign, including teasers, roadshows
and trainings. In the end, the app was succesful and

After we finished redesigning the sales portal
forValtec, we started to see opportunity in
communicating not only on our core brands
(Valvoline/Repsol), but also on theValtec brand
itself.
And we needed to impress - not only clients, but

was in order, but we also went on to rethink corporate
materials such as internal presentations - all built with
PowerPoint budgets, but highly interactive, with

Tiger - Relaunching a Brand
Challenge
Tiger Energy Drink is a curious brand. It is very
succesful abroad, especially in Eastern European
cultures, but the brand had ups and downs in the
Romanian market.
In October, we relaunched the brand using just
Facebook as our key channel, but we focused on
building a new attitude that would lead to a strong
connection with our target audience, becoming the
most talked about Energy Drink Brand in Romania,
according to FB Monitor’s and IQ Ads monthly reports.
Our contribution
The tagline “Your Jungle. Your Rules” had a great impact
on our communications approach and content. Key
examples are new takes on contextual marketing,
creative messages that are very engaging with the target
audience and even aVideo where we managed to describe
