what the company stands for and considers important. By using high-level statements, businesses can
expand their brand awareness, help convert new leads and separate themselves from competitors.
Cousy Studio mission is to satisfy customers individual, or companies needs with best quality photos
and videos. To provide people with the place and energy they need to achieve their goals.
Our company vision is to create best photo shoot studio environment for everyone and any occasion. To
be the world’s best photoshoot company while maintaining true to our core values.
Our companies core values are integrity, quality, dependability and trust, respect, excellence.
Our strategy in short period of time targeting individuals who wants perfect photos for themselves or
friends. Mid period strategy targets companies who want to create great product photos for business
and other photographs who wish to rent studio for themselves. Long-time strategy to successfully work
with existing customers and their needs and gain new customers every day.
Reduce administrative communication with client by 90 %. Improve customer satisfaction. Improve
studio quality. Number of followers/likes on social media. Improve our service approach for new and
existing customers. Strategic partnerships. Customer Delivery time. Increase in new customers.
Number of publications. Increase the value of projects and manage growth. Build capacity for the future.
Decrease defects. Improve relationships. Increase team size. Find new customers. Launch and
complete special projects. Improve resource allocation. Reduce financial waste. Readiness for digital
transformation.
As next start for digital transformation at our company we choose client/time register centre. Right now,
all bookings go thru phone line which consumes lots of time and energy.
The activities and projects in this Action Plan are organized in five programs, each touching on several
of the major themes of the Digital Strategy, to facilitate the steering and follow-up of the projects.

• Vision and leadership. It are fundamental that the strategic goals have a transformational vision,
supported by the sustained commitment of the executives and senior management of the company.
Company leaders will be first to be participating in digital transformation and education of innovations.
They are key people to motivate and control progress.
• Customer experience. This element identifies and defines the digital channels that will enable as to
be closer and to have the possibility of creating new experiences, that is, it means understanding the
customer. Customer review, comments and needs always needs to be taken seriously. They need to
be met and satisfied.
• Individuals and processes. This element pays attention to, and focuses on, the employee and the
collaborator, in order to make him understand what is really happening in the digital transformation, and
how it influences his/her daily life. This is where benefits and challenges are revealed, as well as the
change implications that the transformation will bring. The involvement of all employees is fundamental
since the early stages of any change. The processes are the key element in order to facilitate the
achievement of goals through the knowledge of employees across their implementation.
• Business and technology model. This element helps us to identify how we can innovate digitally, how
new things may come up, and how to benefit from this business model and the reality of Internet to
globalize these businesses. Additionally, it enables to identify, understand, and assess the technologies
that are available in order to determine which will be worth to accelerate the business goals.
Our action plan is to meet with tech companies for seminar to gain understanding of todays innovations
and new technologies. Which of them could be potentially best for each department transformation into
digital company. The cost probably will be the main factor of choosing innovation as budget is limited.
There is possibility of attracting investors. Client feedback is the main source of direction where we will
be moving digitally. Constant involving of employees in digital transformation.

Our strategy in short period of time targeting individuals who wants perfect photos for themselves or friends. Mid period strategy targets companies who want to create great product photos for business and other photographs who wish to rent studio for themselves. Long-time strategy to successfully work with existing customers and their needs and gain new customers every day. Reduce administrative communication with client by 90 %. Company leaders will be first to be participating in digital transformation and education of innovations. They are key people to motivate and control progress. • Customer experience. This element identifies and defines the digital channels that will enable as to be closer and to have the possibility of creating new experiences, that is, it means understanding the customer. Customer review, comments and needs always needs to be taken seriously. They need to be met and satisfied. • Individuals and processes. This element pays attention to, and focuses on, the employee and the collaborator, in order to make him understand what is really happening in the digital transformation, and how it influences his/her daily life. This is where benefits and challenges are revealed, as well as the change implications that the transformation will bring. The involvement of all employees is fundamental since the early stages of any change. The processes are the key element in order to facilitate the achievement of goals through the knowledge of employees across their implementation. • Business and technology model. This element helps us to identify how we can innovate digitally, how new things may come up, and how to benefit from this business model and the reality of Internet to globalize these businesses.
