I am a hard working individual, up to sous chef level, with an in-depth knowledge of all sections
within the kitchen. I have worked in many rosette standard restaurants and pride myself on my
creative abilities. I have a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards food, its preparation and always
work in an organised and hygienic manner. I am looking for a position within an establishment with
high standards where I can learn from a knowledgeable head chef and progress further within the
kitchen. I would like to be part of a team where all members are appreciated and given an

Junior sous- perform all usual roles within the kitchen
and take on the responsibility of the kitchen and team
when the sous and head chef are absent.

Sous- worked in all areas of the kitchen, ordering, doing
stock-takes and controlling the pass.

Worked in various hotels and restaurants in and around
Edinburgh from the level of C.D.P to sous chef.
July 2012-May 2013. The Bonham Hotel, Edinburgh.
C.D.P- Mainly worked in the sauce section of the kitchen
and assisted in developing a modern style of cooking.
June 2010-May 2013. Prestonfield House Hotel, Edinburgh.
C.D.P- worked in a demanding two rosette environment,
delivering high quality food for the hotel restaurant and for large functions.
