SAP PLog MM-WM Worked 2 years in PLog MM-WM area majorly for warehouse activity
Techno-functional: automation and optimisation with SAP custom development.
Routine Early Shipment: Design and develop a custom solution to stop
restricted batch picking and PGI based on source – destination – material
with exception planning. This solution reduce the rework effort of picking
unrestricted batches after and before PGI and system can automatically
search best suitable batch for OBDs.
Load Configurator: Design and develop a custom solution to automate the
load sequence to optimize the vehicle utilization with picture on how to load
the vehicle i.e. 3-dimensional loading sequence along with weight at each
axel, balance factor, king-pin and axel movement to properly balance the
load as per configuration. Also presented this development to SAP-Germany
on behalf of our client for 1 week workshop.
Warehouse Resource Planning: Technical design and Prototype to develop a
hierarchical ALV report which calculates every type warehouse movement for
Inbound and Outbound both based on planned data and calculate required to
time to perform the warehouse activity. This calculates required resource in
advance i.e. daily, weekly, and monthly.
Line Loading: Technical design, and Prototype to develop an automated
warehouse loading activity, considering vehicle Arrival and departure time,
this solution automates all Picking TO creation with best possible loading
sequence.
Direct Dispatch: Technical design, and Prototype to develop an automated
warehouse dispatching activity, considering destination requirement based
on Advance planning from APO system, this solution automates all Picking
TO creation. This is a dynamic solution based on user requirement to
priorities shipment along with vehicle capacity checking.
Direct Delivery: Onsite Development coordinate and prototype the solution for
Direct Delivery solution, which performs check in and check out mapped to
PGI and GR at WM level.
Inventory Reporting Portal: Design and Develop a WebDynpro solution for
3rd parties or temporary warehouses which doesn’t have SAP logon to send
IDOCs to perform warehouse activities e.g DESADV, RECADV, etc. This
automation reduce a huge cost on man power included in this process to
update SAP system for 3rd party warehouse activities.
