What is E- Entrepreneur?
• Definition
– An e-business is a company operating via the
Internet. This business can have off-line
counterparts, or be a stand-alone enterprise
consisting entirely of Internet operations.
– The person or persons who conceptualize
and run such business enterprise are called
e- entrepreneur.

• Capabilities
– E-businesses can fill a number of roles, from
the buying and selling of goods to providing
various services. In addition, e-businesses
can also provide customer service and
support for real-world firms, and collaborate
with business partners.

• While many companies have an e-
business component, some enterprises
are well-known for operating almost
exclusively on the Internet. Popular
examples include eBay, Google,
Amazon, and iTunes etc. are some well
known multibillion Global e- enterprises.

Suhas Gopinath whose
climb
to fame is being the
youngest
CEO of the world. That was
12 years ago and today he
is only 26 years old.Gopinath said he sacrificed his student days
just to be an entrepreneur. He went on to
narrate the story of his life and how he
developed the passion to build up an IT
company of his own.
The story..
• "A person should have practical
knowledge instead of theoretical," said
Gopinath, adding none of the members of
his company "have had any formal
computer education".
• He laid emphasis on team work.
"Development of any enterprise is not a
one-man show," said Gopinath while
stressing on motivating oneself. "I learnt

• Gopinath, who belongs to a middle-class
family with his father being an air force
officer, then narrated how he developed a
website at a tender age. "I had no
knowledge of the Internet. But, when I was
browsing in a cyber cafe I was fascinated
and thought long and hard. I soon
launched my own website,
www.coolhindustan.com'' he said.

  • 2. What is E- Entrepreneur? • Definition – An e-business is a company operating via the Internet. This business can have off-line counterparts, or be a stand-alone enterprise consisting entirely of Internet operations. – The person or persons who conceptualize and run such business enterprise are called e- entrepreneur. • 5/13/2013 2

That was 12 years ago and today he is only 26 years old.Gopinath said he sacrificed his student days just to be an entrepreneur. He went on to narrate the story of his life and how he developed the passion to build up an IT company of his own.
