Duisburg and Essen, Germany. While ThyssenKrupp is one of the world's largest steel
producers, the company also provides components and systems for the automotive
industry, elevators, escalators, material trading and industrial services.
Customer Problem
ThyssenKrupp Elevator wants to go beyond the industry standard of preventative
maintenance, to offer predictive and even preemptive maintenance, to guarantee a
higher uptime percentage on 1,2M elevators worldwide.
