Duties Include;
A) Client Management:
o Client facing ,understanding his needs ,providing advice for best design and materials with respect to
the budget, focusing on all requirements and specifications mandatory to be achieved.
o Communication with client, consultant and project management .
o Submitting the quotations and offers after revising the costs from the engineering team and the
suppliers .
o Price negotiation with the client and consultant , finalizing deals with the client.
o Attend all tenders as an authorized representative for the company.
o Site visit with the client during the execution and record any comments or new requirements to update
the internal teams.
o Raising any execution problems to the client or consultant , advice for solution and ask for feedback.
o Delivering the site to the client and consultant and follow up with the completion of snags .
o Assure to achieve the client satisfaction through the design and execution phase.
B) Pricing and Procurement:
o Setting up bill of quantities and send it to the engineering department and subcontractors to be priced
with highlighting all specs and data required, and following up to receive their price offers.
o Supplier research and selection.
o Value analysis.
o Finalizing our quotations by adding suitable profit margins for each work scope according to specs
,work conditions ,etc. and sending our offers to the client with all necessary documents.
o Submitting invoices and variation order to the client.

C) Coordination And Technical Office:
o Define all client needs to the internal parties (engineering, design, branding and furniture ) in the pricing
phase.
o Brief for all internal parties about the design and the project details.
o Raising any problems or questionnaires during design or execution phases from the internal teams to
the client/consultant and send them the feedback.
o Coordination with all internal parties during execution to match the design criteria, specs and the
client’s needs.
o Handling with the suppliers any sample submittal for approval from the client or the consultant.
o Handling all the construction documents and drawings that make the site supervisor engineer able to
deliver the site swiftly
o Revision for all drawings before and during execution and setting up complete package drawings.
D) Quality Control & Planning & Monitoring:
o Set up the preliminary time schedule reference to the agreed bill of quantities.
o Reviewing the design to ensure a smooth operation avoiding any further execution problems.
o Publish the Sample Board for all work scopes to assure the quality as per the agreed design.
o Direct all teams to the approved vendor list and the materials specification approved by the
owner/consultant.
o Follow up all execution phases to assure the quality and standard of the final output.
o Handing over the site from the engineering team/contractor with highlighting any finish problems and
add them to the snag list.
o To ensure that the snag list is completed as per the desired engineering standards.
o Monitoring the site supervisor engineer performance .
o Monitoring any complain from the client or consultant regarding the construction and finishing quality.
o Monitoring the construction progress with respect to the approved time schedule and budget.
E) Contracts and Tendering:
o Reviewing tender conditions, instructions to tenderers,tender bond,contract agreements,bill of
quantities,etc.
o Reviewing contracts and conditions of contracts then discussing them with the owner and the
consultant.
o Submitting and organizing contracts with clients and suppliers.
