4. YARN FORMATION
Polyester and Cotton blend are
comfortable for clothing due to the
fact that they reduce creasing and
also maintains comfort during
wearing. Also they reduce the
shrinkage that is found in the virgin
cotton fabric.

• Low consumption of water

9. Dyeing
• First, polyester
120-130 degree c.
16 to 18 hours
• Then cotton
60-70 degree c.
8 to 10 hours
• Salt and caustic soda are used in dyeing cotton
where as polyester requires nothing.

10. Hydro extractor
• Hydro Extractor is used as
a Laundry equipment.
The wet material is placed
in the extractor, which
has a wall of perforated
metal, stainless steel, the
internal drum rotates at
high speed thus throwing
out the water contained
in it.

in seasonal attire designed for colder climates.
