19. THOUGHTS
• Twitter seems to have a different approach on interviewing. The
questions are conversation starters and can get candidates to
talk warm up more. It seems like the company is more
interested in what the candidate likes. The questions break
away from traditional interview questions. The questions
requires thinking but makes the atmosphere more relaxed.
Some interview questions don’t help figure out who you are
and your thoughts on the company.
