I think the best part of writing is getting people to open themselves up. I use writing and photography to establish relationships with people, and for them to get in touch with themselves. I grew up in a small beach town on the Gulf of Mexico where sunsets are never the same. I have some pretty badass stories that start with sunsets on the beach. I would like to teach high school students to express themselves through the arts. Also, I would love to write a book one day. What it will be about? Probably about that small beach town, where it all started. You can find me at farmers markets, the beach, with my chocolate lab and drinking a smoothie. (I love them, but I hate making them).
