To whom it may concern:
I have known Adriana Flores- Ducksworth for approximately 10 years. In that time she has
shown only the best qualities. She worked for me in a childcare capacity for a number of
years and then worked at my husband’s nonprofit, sports and arts camp for underserved
youth of El Paso, Texas, on the border with Mexico.
My level of trust in Adriana is the highest; she provided consistent and reliable work no
matter the task. What was more important is that her judgment was always solid. I knew
that even without supervision she would make a good decision in the moment. At the
camp, where children were often dealing with difficult life experiences at home, Adriana
was a caring and effective leader.
You would never regret hiring her. She brings many qualities to a workplace. She is calm,
professional, resourceful and ethical. Her Spanish bilingual skills would be priceless in
many situations. Also, people like Adriana. She is easy going and appreciative. I know this
letter may sound like I am too full of superlatives, but know that is not my tendency.
Adriana is a special person and the best thing is that she seems not to know it. She is
humble and unassuming. I know you’d agree with my assessment if you hired Adriana
Flores-Ducksworth.
