PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:
Adnan has more than 15 years of professional experience in quality control and quality
assurance on construction projects. Throughout his career he has been involved in roles
that are related to ensuring adherence to quality standards through application of project
specifications and best engineering practices. He has proven track record of hiring and
developing individual to become high performance team members. He has remained
involved in various QA/ Qc roles in some iconic projects in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia
including Layyari expressway, Jeddah storm water drainage Program and sea water
system for Jizan integrated gasification combined cycle. Right now he would like to

CHEC scope was to design, engineer, procure, verify, finalize, construct, test, pre-
commission and assist in the successfully commissioning of project. It was EPC mega
Project that involved multi disciplines.
Project Scope includes construction of inlet canal, inlet screening section, pump station,
intake channel, Inplant lagoon, discharge channel, storm water channel, collection basin,
outfall tank, submarine outfall and mixing basin.
JIGCC seawater system is designed to provide 501,000 cum/hr/of seawater to JIGCC and
refinery for use as primary cooling medium via inplant lagoon and return it to the sea .

piping, tie-ins to all electrical and non-electrical utilities, process control and
monitoring equipment, civil foundations and structural works, and to replace utility
boilers and desalination plant existing control system with digital control system, to
transfer the process control and monitoring of utility boilers and desalination plant to
central control room, to replace existing control system of air compressors with
digital control and communication system.
