8. Water Table Testing
■ CCR Impoundments must be constructed with a
base/liner located 5 feet above the water table
■ Researched EPA regulations “uppermost aquifer”
■ Developed a Request for and obtained Proposal
for a groundwater measuring system (Solonist)

Environmental Representative to obtain approval

12. Conclusion/Summary
■ Going forward, the project team will continue juggling the outage
projects and work towards meeting the deadline on the WTD Ash
project
■ The drawings I have accumulated will be used along with the 3Ds
from UCC to place the high pressure pipes in the plant
■ We will hopefully begin the construction process on the
piezometer soon, then we will be able to determine if the base of
the Continuous Dewatering System will need to be built on
ground level or not
