This banner is one of the first things users can see when app starts.
It’s a full screen banner, so it takes all user attention for a few
seconds.

Scenario: Banner starts together with application, closes as soon as
app data loaded (5-15 seconds, can be adjusted).
Interactive: no interactivity, can be combined with Advanced
