Skillastics offers 10 different kits to build self-esteem and physical activity through creative play using various equipment. The kits can be used to build self-esteem, manage large groups of children, motivate participation through fun, warm children up for fitness, and develop specific skills and social skills. Each kit contains equipment like mats, dice, bags, and instruction materials. The kits focus on areas like fitness, sports skills, teams, and early education. How to Start
Take out the task cards provided in your kit. Use the task cards in different
activities to familiarize the children with the activities. Use the task cards as warm
ups, fitness activities, and instant activities. (See list below). Once children are
familiar with the activities, they can then begin to play the Skillastics Game.
