 Discuss targets (individually as well as shop targets)
 Divide Sales target on the daily basis, &monthly basis.
 Plan the line of action to achieve the targets.
 Ensure smooth running of stock & proper merchandising
 Report about fast selling product, Non-moving product to Head office.
 Maintain Inventory level of stock according to sales expectation.
 Observes the activities of the sales staff, & guide sales staff.
 To insure the healthy customer. Relationship management
 Ensure that customers are getting best service with positive attitude.
 Guide and help the customer in the selection of the product.
 Report weather store layout changes are required.
 Ensure the correct and daily updating of DSR
 Ensure & maintain all the files required for verifications by Audit Dept.
