Duties and Responsibilities
- Participating in setting, reviewing and upgrading the Quality standards, Policies, and Procedures for all entities.
- Implementing Statistical Process with SPSS
- Applying ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) for each Production
- Performing periodic Quality audits.
- Preparing periodic reports of engineering audits findings with performance percentages against preset compliance.
- Maintaining records on all audits performed and retaining records of all written and documented Quality standards, Policies, and Procedures. Investigating and handling complaints of unsatisfied clients concerning defective or not up to the standards work.
- Taking the necessary corrective actions for maintaining the highest Quality values, taking into consideration test reports and work progress records.
- Continuously monitoring and checking the developed standards, Policies, and Procedures.
- Performing Quality Assurance Engineering Audits on materials received to the general warehouses for ensuring they are in - compliance with the set Quality standards.
- Suggesting corrective actions whenever problems arise at the construction site and assisting in compiling all construction related documents.
- Participating in setting Quality Standards and Procedures in coordination with the Quality Assurance function for Testing received supplies and materials for Conformities and Non- conformities.
- Coordinating activities of laborers engaged in Quality Control Testing of materials and/ or finished work in an efficient and cost conscious manner for ensuring their compliance with the set Quality Standards.
- Reviewing laboratory reports and ordering to return, scrap or keep Tested specimens, under the supervision of the Quality Control function, according to compliance with the set Quality Standards.
- Inspecting warehouses and storage areas and ensuring they are according to the set storing Standards and conditions for maintaining the Quality of materials and equipment are up to the highest standards.
- Performing Quality Inspection on finished work and making sure that the work is performed as agreed upon standards and specifications.
- Performing Quality Inspection on received materials and making sure they are according to the agreed upon standards and specifications.
- Taking Corrective Actions for Non-conformities against any of the set Quality Standards and Policies in Coordination with the Quality Assurance Function.
