- Risk assessment allow us to make the best decision in facing risks Poor judgment may lead to unwanted costs or the opposite تقييم المخاطر يمكننا من اتخاذ أفضل قرار في مواجهة المخاطر سوء الحكم قد يؤدي الى تكاليف غير مطلوبة او عكس ذلك بعدها ممكن تقرأ السلايد الخطوة واللي جنبها ومن ثم اللي بعدها وفي رأي الشخصي اول خطوتين جدا مهمة

We will mention, four methods that differ slightly and are used according to the situation ما هو دور طرق تحليل المخاطر سنذكر ان شاء الله أربع طرق تختلف قليلا وتستعمل حسب الحالة
- * This method group sources of risks and consequences * It can be applied for a special case as mentioned in the example We have a case of unauthorized access to a sensitive data For example, hacking the application may lead to the destruction of the company's reputation تتميز هذه الطريقة بربطها للمخاطر والعواقب يمكن تطبيقها لحالة خاصة كما هو مذكور في المثال لدينا حالة دخول غير مصرح به الى قاعدة بيانات حساسة فمثلا اختراق التطبيق قد يؤدي الى تدمير سمعة الشركة
- Perhaps the risk matrix is the most common form of risk analysis To the right we have an example of the risk matrix for this presentation لعل مصفوفة المخاطر هو الشكل الأكثر شيوعا في تحليل المخاطر لدينا في اليمين مثال لمصفوفة المخاطر لهذا العرض الذي نقدمه المثال على اليمين يوضح مصفوفة المخاطر لنا مثلا لو الشحن خلص فهذا له تأثير متوسط + احتمالية حدوث عالية لو مثلا البرجكتر عطلان هذا له تاثير متوسط واحتمالية حدوث قليلة
- ممكن تذكر اسمها عالسريع وكل حرف والاسم اللي تحته
- ممكن تقراها قراية اللي عاليسار
- ممكن تقرا اول جملة ثم توقف وتقرا العبارة اللي تحت بتأني
- How do you deal with risks There are four ways كيف تتعامل مع المخاطر توجد اربع طرق يا انك تتجنب يا انك تحولها لشخص/مكان اخر يا انك تحاول تقللها يا انها تكسبها لان تأثيرها جدا قليل ممكن بعدها تقرا كل طريقة والكلام اللي يتبعها طبعا في مثال لأول طريقتين
- في وظيفة مختصة فقط في إدارة المخاطر
