7. KHARJURADI MANTA
Ingredients and Preparations
• Kharjura ,chincha , Amalaki , Dadima extracted and then filtered.
• To this filtrate can add more water to dilute it
• it is suitable for Daha ,Truishna .
• enhancement of Rasa Dhatu and Rakta Dhatu, Sadhyo Santarpaka, and beneficial in Soothika

8. SAKTHU
• Ingredients and Preparations
• Godhuma ,chanaka or altogether
• Sakthu is mixed with the required water and made into a paste consistency.
• To this add Guda or Matsyandika.
• it is Laghu Good appetizer, Shramahara, Truptikara, Kantaroga, Netraroga
9. PANCHASARA PANAKA
Ingredients and preperation
• Draksha,Madhuka, Karjura , Kashmarya, Parushaka
• All these drugs are soaked in water for 2 hours,
• then macerated and filtered.
• Then Guda/Sharkara can be added as per requirement (optional).
• At last, Karpoora is added.
10. RAGA
• Diluted syrup
• Ananta, Kamala , Gulab. Amra , Draksha
,Chandana , Jambhira
• These can be made into syrup and diluted
with water to be served when needed.
12. HITHA VIHARA
Divaswapna
At night, sleep in the Saudha prishta.with plenty of moonlight
