ou le comportement de son interlocuteur, d’où le terme de
prédictibilité. Chacun cherche à amener l’autre sur son propre
territoire, sur ses propres croyances, sur ses propres certitudes.
En ce sens, et à fortiori dans un contexte professionnel, toute
communication vise à introduire un changement chez l’autre. :
