3. AL-JHOOD (JCC) is a general contracting and manpower Company registered in Iraq according to the low
of the company house no. (21) Of the year 1997. JCC is a general construction, electrical, mechanical and
maintenance services company and it has been expanded and registered in 2015 as a manpower company
provider. Since then our primary focus has been upon serving a national and multinational service providers,
with various services related to civil construction, electrical work and mechanical structure, oil production
technologist services and general trading.
Through our proven track record of constructing ,electromechanically and trading ventures, we have
developed skills of business philosophy to deliver high quality of work at the right time and safe ,this
ideology is become the backbone of company concept.
Our slogan is “Safety and Highest Quality are always our top properties”. We are experienced in providing
quality services and products. JCC help clients with their designs and logistic requirements, through a
network of facilities covering most areas of Iraq. This national presence provides our clients with complete
designs, engineering works, manpower and material supply resources that are vertically integrated with
engineering solutions to optimize their operation by lowering their costs and reducing their time to market.
With considerable expansion, the company’s revenue from engineering services exceeds those from our
trading divisions. Engineering and technicians developments and the changes in the market of electrical and
mechanical demand of these services are on rise, especially in oil production of artificial lift technology,
therefore JCC has a vision for being ready to meet the customer demand by providing engineers and trained

6. Quality is a major functional area for improving the process control, inspection; auditing and testing status
control of non confirming products because customer is first. JCC has created a system for receiving,
recording, analyzing, forecasting and taking corrective actions on all non-conformities/complaints pointed
out by customers.
Customer complaints are entertained through corrective and preventive actions. Classification of training
JCC is committed to provide a complete range of training required by our qualified seniors engineer to
employees to perform their assigned tasks and duties successfully. This includes orientation training; job and
equipment related training, managerial, quality system training and refresher training. All employees are
been assessed on annual basis by their managers to determine adequacy of training / qualification, and to
propose what additional training they might need.
We also understand that requirements vary depending on clients’ needs. Our experts/technical team will be
delighted to work closely with clients to discuss any available options and tailor a solution to better fit our
customers’ needs.

7. Presently we are catering the Manpower requirement in the Oil and gas –
Artificial Lift Product line and Services
JCC Manpower providers has dedicated team of senior engineer’s specialist in Artificial Lift Technology
and specialist in ESP ( electrical submersibles pumps ) operation for training and coaching ,empowering and
developing the right required skills for technicians and engineers to meet the international clients halfway to
assistant them to achieve and deliver a successful job , also JCC has the ability to take the responsibility for
subcontracting for running the artificial lift field by utilizing our dedicate team and facilities to deliver the
same standard and quality of our clients to deliver a successful job with longer run life of the equipment
with zero accident .
JCC has good establishment in WASIT –KUT, and already registered a subcontracting company with the
ALWAHA Petroleum Company as part of CNPC Oil Company in ALAHDEB oil field. Our management
has a vision to expand and develop this sector to meet the demand of ESP expandable market by providing
the ESP technicians and engineers, also we have a well secure place and facilitated camp closed to the oil
field in own 15 Hectare area, with possibility of developing and providing a good support to our clients for
reconstruct and prepare the 1200 square meter (12X100) warehouse and another 800 square meter
warehouse to reconstruct for being ready start up business for a repair and maintenance workshop to run the
field at lower operational cost ,this is all aiming to assist our client for the coming 200 ESP wells contract in
area.
JCC proudly can train technicians and engineers and preparing them for certain job required base on the
needs, our professional team will act and response faster to meet our client demand. Therefore JCC will be
responsible and managed the team in two way communications between our valuable customer and JCC
team, our team will have certain training required to perform the job safely.

9. Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Services
JCC general contracting are specialist in construction, mechanical and electrical, we have dedicated team
specialist and performing excellent job performance with high quality and timing.
National road, power networks and site preparation are the backbone form to any work and country, Iraq-
Wasit province maintains a remarkable network of such electrical distribution network, roads and
constructions such as power transporter line, lamp post construction, excavation, expandable power supply
network and oil well site preparation for drilling wells. Therefore we’ve helped the country immensely in its
endeavours to maintain a fine connectivity with rest of the country by taking up and finishing construction
works and delivers a completed job. With decades of experience, expertise and required workforce, we’ve

Mr. A.Talib, The founder of Al-JHOOD company, who established the business in Iraq and he is the
financial backbone of the company and the leader. He is always responsible banking/funding arrangements
to support the growth of the company. He has about 20 year experience managing construction project in
Iraq.
A.Albassam, Operations & Marketing/ Director
Mr. A. Albassam, He is a self made man with acute business acumen and is the mastermind behind the
company project. He is a Chemicals Engineer background with Master in Petroleum Technology, has about
6 years experience in project management and 4 years experience in Artificial lift Product for oil and gas.

13. Hyder Fadel, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Fadel, is the senior engineer of the company with about 12 year experience within an industrial Ministry
in Iraq. He has great experience in HVAC as he has mechanical engineer background.
Alaa Abdulla, Accounting manager
Mr. Abdulla, has been associated with JCC Company for 3 years and has BSc accounting from Baghdad, he
is in charge of the company and customer invoices. He is really professional and has about 7 year experience
as a counting.
