Job Responsibilities & Achievements:
   Mash Premiere (CNS Product Manager)

        Developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within
         budgeted parameters.
        Coordinate and monitor the implementation of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and
         promotion and ensure their execution.
        Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development
        Develop, when applicable, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing
         basis.
        Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets.
        Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans
        Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products, and support
         the marketing manager in determining market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product
         objectives.
        Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
   Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
      Contribute to the achievement of sales, margin and market share annual goals.
      Identify & develop business building ideas and works with other business unit team members to
       execute the plans that meet investment criteria.
      Coordinates product management with internal and external resources to achieve results (product &
       market development, sales, market research, consultants and advertising agencies).
      Analyzes consumption and stock data and compares results to established objectives to assure the
       effectiveness of marketing programs.
      Responsible for planning, developing & implementing marketing campaigns for the company’s
       products.

 SFE Specialist (LEO PharmaTM):

      Performing Business Analysis for the company’s portfolio regarding the following items:
       o Monthly-based Sales Analysis and Evaluation with different comparison axis and levels.
       o Closely monitors and analyzes sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
       o Linking Sales figures with CRM Database of subordinates and line managers respectively.
      Performing SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) responsibilities in the following territories:
       o Egypt, Libya & Sudan (July 2010 till present)
           Egypt, LEVANT, Libya & Iraq (Jan 2010 – June 2010)
      Responsible of CRM Database monitoring, implementation, evaluation & development.
      Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing
       list applications, etc through CRM Database.
      Assisting the Product Managers in terms of MIS & implementing marketing strategies through
       CRM Database & Sales Analysis
      KOL Mapping through CRM database
      Performing Training Sessions on the company’s CRM Program and developing training needs
