1. Brief Job Description – Operations
Key Objective of the Job: Responsible for achievement of operational excellence in all
processes of Housing business at the branch level.
Major Deliverables:-
Follow-up with customer post sanction to ensure conversion into disbursement.
Collect the sanctioned file from Appraisal Team Leader & assign to Operation
Officer.
Obtain all the property documents from branches & sales as per the module
developed in the system
To initiate legal & technical process as per the module developed in the system
Ensure the proper coordination between legal & technical team for smooth
process
Preparation of Disbursement cheque.
Required compliances are to be done before forwarding the file to disbursement
team.
Coordinate with Legal Panel to get the work done and maintain Turnaround Time.
NOC verification from external agency.
Prepare online LSR if it’s not allocated to external Panel.
Ensuring that the ACH/ECS/DD facilities are activated within 60days for date of first
disbursement for 90% borrower, excluding the cases where these facilities are not
available.
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Desired Experience: 1 - 4 Years in Home Loan Business
