22. On the first prototype of UiTinVlaanderen community features were in the right hand bar. That's not the most looked at area of a web page… So we moved them…
23. Most test users didn't fully understand the 'community features'.
24. The solution: a short fly-out explanation. Now those users do understand it, and maybe some day, they will start using it too… Also: it doesn't disturb visitors who don't need the explanation.
