5. Creating the Best Team
In every classroom or project we
need to build the team, but we
approach business with very little
understanding on how to create
the experience of team work or
how to develop an effective team.
7. The Enneagram
The Enneagram gives you a
practical personality profile for
yourself and others that prepares
one for the challenges that certain
types pose for you and maximize
your potential for success.
11. Authoritarian (Autocratic)
Provide clear expectations for what
needs to be done, when it should be
done, and how it should be done.
Strongly focused on both command
by the leader and control of the
followers.
12. Participative (Democratic)
Offer guidance to group members,
but they also participate in the group
and allow input from other group
members.
Participative leaders encourage
group members to participate but
retain the final say in the decision-
making process.
13. Delegative (Laissez Faire)
Offer little or no guidance to group
members and leave decision-making
up to group members.
While this style can be useful in
situation involving highly qualified
experts, it often leads to poorly
defined roles and a lack of
motivation
16. Establishing Teams
1. Develop teams by creating
teams with different
personality, learning, and
leadership styles.
2. Assignment of duties based
on assessements.
17. Example Assignment of Duties
1. Jill ( Socializer) branding and design
2. Sarah ( Challenger) pro forma and

3. Jacob ( Helper) assisted team leader with
