How to make a…

HEALTHY MEAL
        
YOU WILL                                     Cup of
                                             Water
NEED: Bread
                                                  Lemon
                                                  Squeezer
              String
              Cheese             Scrambled Eggs




Crabmeat               Lettuce

                                                      Honey
FIRST
Slice the bread into 2, then put in the rest of the ingredients in between the 2
                                      slices.
NOW FOR THE DRINK…
    Slice the lemon into 2.
THEN…
Squeeze the lemon juice out. Squeeze the juice out of both slices…
AFTERWARDS
Pour the juice into a cup and add water to it.
NOW…
Add honey to the mixture.
YAY!
Now you should have your very own sandwich and lemonade!
I Chose this Meal
                    Because…..
 This meal had ingredients that  into 4 out of the 6 food groups. It
                                 went
had:
 Grains (the bread), vegetable (lettuce), milk (egg and cheese), meat
(crabmeat and the scrambled egg)
 The sandwich is a meal that can be made with many ingredients.
These there are sandwiches that only have vegetables in them.
 The sandwich is easy to make, you can just “shove” ingredients into
the bread.
 There were not a lot of sugars in my meal. The only sweet ingredient
I used was natural honey. (Hint* Honey does not have sugar in it)
 The drink was healthy because it was not made out of the artificial
powders. It was “homemade”. I made sure all the ingredients were
healthy.
