PAX school!
By: Clara López and Víctor Martínez
This is our school. It’s in the city centre,
in the area of Tarragona 2. It’s new and
very big. It’s got about 440 pupils aged
3 to 12 years and 28 teachers.
There are two classes for each
level except level 6, with only one
class.
Our school has a library, a kitchen, a
gym, a forest, a football pitch and a
basketball court.
The forest is very big. It has lots of
trees.
The forest has a vegetable garden
with vegetables and aromatic
plants.
The school has a school timetable:
•Kindergarten: morning 9-12 midday12-15 and afternoon 15-17
•Primary: morning 9-13 midday 13-15 afternoon 15-17.
Primary subjects are: mathematics, Catalan, Spanish, English,
science, history, music, physical education, art, ICT and
citizenship.

After school activities:
Basketball, football, dancing and chess
Our school organizes a lot of
acticvities like: drama or school
camps.
Our school has a lunch service and a
morning service. A morning service
play at 7:45 and finished at 9:00.
They do the homework and talk.
In a lunch service. They serves
lunch for all pupils.
Our school does a lots of festival:
St George's day, La Castanyada,
Santa Llucia’s Fair, Tree day,The
Christmas concert and Carnival ...
